When you are cutting the tip, be careful to keep the closest part of the band at least a quarter inch away of the cutting point. The cigar’s nozzle does not need to be cut.
A series of several draws will allow the smoke to reach your mouth and you will see that the cigar will light almost immediately. At the beginning of lighting the cigar, you won’t completely feel its flavor, yet the balance of the blend will gradually begin to play its role, the burning will be easier and you’ll be able to enjoy your cigar.
